Taqueria El Noa Noa started as a beloved taco truck in Sunnyvale, where loyal customers lined up for years. We've since put down roots in Santa Clara — same family recipes, just with a dining room now.
The taco truck years
We started on wheels, serving street tacos to a growing crowd of regulars. Those years taught us what matters: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and hospitality that makes everyone feel like family.
Building our home
We transformed a former Thai restaurant into a vibrant dining room with colorful murals and serapes that celebrate our heritage. The space changed; the promise didn't — fresh tacos, made to order.
What guests love
Quesabirria tacos, carne asada, al pastor, and a salsa bar that earns its own fanbase. Owners Carlos and Karla greet everyone like family — complimentary chips hit the table the moment you sit down.
